Many people strength train with weights while others do cardio or aerobics - somewhere between is our Fit Sessions, the new concept offered at 24/7 Fit. Get the benefits of both. Your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve and you will burn calories and watch your body change.

This new concept is set-up in group classes with certified trainers and instructors guiding you through  fun, different exercises. From Bootcamp style sessions to ZUMBA, Fit Sessions are a great way to shake things up and give you a full body workout, burn a ton of calories, and get your metabolism going.  There is absolutely no way to describe our Fit Sessions, you simply must try it!

20 MINUTE ABS - 20 Minutes of core strengthening and ab flattening fun!

FIT BODY XPRESS(FBX) – 24/7 Fit’s signature 30 minute full body Fit Session. Tone, sculpt and blast fat from your entire body with strength and cardio exercises.

BASIC FITNESS - Basic cardio and strengthening exercises designed to give a full body workout at a low to moderate intensity level.

YOGA- Mind & body training designed to strengthen and elongate your body, increase flexibility and create balance.

FITNESS ORIENTATION - Learn how to effectively and efficiently utilize the gym equipment and get the most out of your program.

VIP FIT SESSIONS

CHAOS-An extreme physically intense bootcamp style workout for advanced fitness levels.  

fuZe, Featuring ZUMBA Fitness- A fun and entertaining full body workout experience designed to tone your body and soothe your soul.
